We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do your suitcases come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our luggage collections come with an international warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years covering manufacturing defects in components like wheels, handles, and zippers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Are the locks on the luggage TSA approved?

Many of our premium hard-side and soft-side bags feature built-in TSA-approved combination locks, which allow security authorities to inspect your bag without damaging the lock.
