Return Process

  Log into your Nasher Miles account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all brand tags intact for our courier partner to perform a quick surface check.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 business hours.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item.
